Privacy Policy
Information we process
For registration and account administration, we process the member's name (the English name shown in the passport for foreign members), date of birth, username, telephone number, account identifiers and authentication information. Passwords are handled by the authentication system and are not shown to administrators in plain text. We may also process optional profile information provided by the member, such as region and address.
Purchase requests use the recipient's name, contact details, delivery address, requested products and quantities, and order status. Community posts and telephone numbers or messages that users send through WhatsApp support may also be processed to operate those features.
Purposes and external services
Information is used for member authentication and approval, account administration, community features, purchase requests and order review, prevention of misuse, and support. We use Supabase for authentication and databases, Vercel for web hosting, and WhatsApp with a Twilio integration for support message delivery and management.
Retention and requests
Personal information may be retained for the period necessary to provide the service or fulfil applicable obligations. Users may request access, correction, deletion or account closure. Please send privacy requests privately to the operator through the WhatsApp support route on the Contact page. The scope of processing may depend on necessary identity checks and applicable obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
Browser storage is used for features such as retaining a login session and language selection. Deleting or blocking stored information may require you to sign in or select a language again. Cookie and access information can be linked to other information; we do not treat it as automatically unrelated to personal information.
Google AdSense and Cookies
The following describes the use of Google advertising if it is introduced. Third-party advertising providers, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to provide personalized or non-personalized advertising. Device and browser information, IP addresses and access records may be processed when advertising is served.
Users can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and refuse or delete cookies in their browser settings. Links to Google's settings and advertising and privacy information are provided below. If additional advertising providers or features are introduced, this notice will be updated to reflect their actual use.
Safe privacy inquiries
Start by giving your username and a description of your request; do not send passwords or verification codes. Do not post passport numbers, banking security information or other sensitive information publicly. Requests concerning deletion, accounts or reports should be made through private support, not a public Q&A post.
